The NSW Elder Abuse Helpline & Resource Unit will be hosting a breakfast event on Tuesday morning, February 20. The networking breakfast is designed as an opportunity for staff who work on elder abuse helplines across the country to meet each other, network and build stronger working relationships.
The Older Persons Legal Service Network will have a free networking breakfast at 7.30am on Tuesday February 20. The breakfast will be held in the meeting rooms of Clayton Utz legal firm only a couple of blocks from the conference venue.
Elder Abuse: Community Led Strategies for Change
On Wednesday February 21, the day after the conference, there will be a one-day strategy event — Elder Abuse: Community Led Strategies for Change — bringing together by invitation 50 – 60 key elder abuse prevention stakeholders from across multiple sectors.
