MCLE and CPD Points

Solicitors should make their own assessment of whether the session meets their Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements, and maintain their own records for meeting CPD requirements according to their jurisdiction or Law Society requirements. CPD requirements for other professionals may also need to look at their own profession’s obligations and requisites.
